Terms of Service

1. You understand that by using this interactive website that you must understand and abide by these terms. If you disagree with any of the terms and conditions you are not allowed to use this site.
    
2. You agree that by submitting any report, article, comment, rebuttal or any other content that you are assuming the role of publisher/speaker and that you alone are responsible for its content and legal ramifications of your actions.
    
3. A breach of these terms will result in a suspension/deactivation of membership and publishing rights.
    
4. ROO is not responsible for the genuineness, completeness or veracity of any post/comment or report.
    
5. You and you alone are responsible for the content you publish/post on the ROO interactive website/forum. You become the publisher/speaker when sending content to the ROO website through the interactive publishing feature, forms and email.
    
6. You agree to, indemnify, and hold harmless ROO, its owners, officers, employees, agents and third parties, for any losses, costs, liabilities and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) relating to or arising out of your use of ROO, including, but not limited to, any breach by you of the terms of this agreement.
    
7. The ROO website is a public forum; consisting of articles, comments and feedback written by people who in no way are associated with ROO, its officers or officials. Therefore, ROO and its owners, officials and associates are not responsible for the content of any post/report or comment. See Section 230 of the Communications Decency Act article on Wikipedia.
    
8. You must be at least 14 years old to use this site. By registering, you attest that you are at least 14 years old.
    
9. *It is understood that articles/comments are never removed from ROO.  Articles are not removed even at the request of the author. This is done so as to maintain a reliable public record.
    
10. The content of this site is primarily articles/reports, rebuttal to articles/reports and comments posted/published by the public, businesses and other entities; although ROO and its owners and associates may give comments and opinions within the online forum from time to time, our words cannot be misconstrued as fact or legal advice/guidance.
     
11. ROO offers its registered publishers a public venue where they have a personal right (United States Constitution 1st Amendment) to publish articles/reports and/or follow-up statements/rebuttal/comments and to do so anonymously if they choose.
     
12. Members/authors/publishers do not have editorial rights. Meaning an author cannot edit or delete an article, comment or other statement once published. Amending an article must be done by using the "Author Comment" feature at the end of the report.
     
13. By posting to any public area of ROO you attest that you have the right to the material you are publishing and you will not publish any work that you do not have license to or which infringes on another’s copyright. You will not publish any information that is proprietary or trademarked without the express written consent of the owner/s.
     
14. You warrant and represent that any information you post/publish is truthful and accurate.
     
15. You will not post/publish any report/article that can be considered illegal, threatening, harassing, defamatory, inaccurate, obscene, profane, abusive, offensive, racially offensive, infringement on the rights of others, or be considered a security issue for persons or the government of United States of America whether domestic or abroad.
     
16. Comments and reports containing links and referrences to websites and products, published in order to market a website or product will have all links removed and the report or comment may be completely removed by the ROO editor or admin. Furthermore, any abuse in this area may cause loss of membership/publishing-rights in the ROO website/forum and the registering email will be banned.
     
17. ROO will never add nor remove content in a report/comment unless content is in violation of  the TOS; the ROO editors and admins will not even edit punctuation or grammar, so all reports/articles/comments stand on their own merits, as written. However, the exception is that ROO will censor profane content (if found) that could be considered offensive to the reader or is in breach of the TOS.
     
18. You understand that ROO is neither a site based on law, nor are we attorneys. We do not offer legal advice. Everything ever stated by an official of ROO is to be considered as an opinion and in no way is meant as fact or legal advice. 
     

*Report removal and editing by ROO: We maintain the rights to remove any report that is meant only to promote a business; if it looks like an ad and reads like an ad, it is an ad and will be deleted, along with the publisher's membership. Reports may be censored by the Editor for profanity or where material is contained that my be considered threatening to a person's saftey, such as a personal address or license plate #.
