If you want to see why he lost his licenses click on Kentucky Board of Physcians then you will see E. Gary Hogan MD lost his licenses for having sex with his patients in exchange for controlled substances.
Thats the Facts ! Beware, Beware, Beware of any business you conduct with this man. WRG resources sounds just like the Gary I have allways known.
