April 2007 I had an investment opporunity for $50,000 which I did. There was a contract drawn up and I was to get my investment along with returns back in June 2007. After being told time and time again the investment was going to return it never did. I have over 90 emails from Alex Dowlatshahi President - Synergetic Solutions

to the effect saying the return was coming. The last email I have is on 4/27/2009 at which point I decided to go to a lawyer and see how I can handle this. So after speaking with the attorney, it was I could spend alot of money in litigation going after this company or I could save on the litigation fees and take the loss starting now. So after Alex would not return my money, I decided to start writing off this $50k. Alex is still doing investments and I am concerned he will continue stealing from people if they go into something like this like I did. There are other companies involved that I have in the 90 or so emails I still have on my system and those companies that were involved are: McDaniel Stearns Mining, LLC; IDI, LLP, 211 Ventures & K2 Limited (Bob Rice). My attorney stated that the Synergetic Solutions, LLC closed their business in Dallas, Texas so there really is no recourse for me. At this point I just hope is doesn't happen to anyone else.

Feel free to contact me directly with regards to our project. We're still doing business in Dallas and I'll be happy to share any updates with you personally.

On a personal note, while this project may not be going as anticipated, it is not due to malice or lack of integrity on our part.
We've taken proactive measures to get this resolved with the partners responsible for the project. Based on our attornies that represent our partnership, this is the most viable method in moving forward.

Bear in mind they are investments.
While this has not gone as expected, we have serveral other projects in the last 3 years that have been successful.

That said, feel free to contact me directly in the future so we're on the same page with regards to the latest status of the project.

Yes - Alex stole 25,000 from me. I spoke to lawyers but it may cost more money than to get. Should we do a group lawsuit?

You folks may have a very good chance of recovering your investment. Do not be bullied by anyone you invest with. They have, among other obligations, a fiduciary responsibility to act in your best interest. And don't confuse poor management or bad luck with possible securities and/or criminal fraud.
