April 2007 I had an investment opporunity for $50,000 which I did.  There was a contract drawn up and I was to get my investment along with returns back in June 2007.  After being told time and time again the investment was going to return it never did.  I have over 90 emails from Alex Dowlatshahi  President - Synergetic Solutions

to the effect saying the return was coming.  The last email I have is on 4/27/2009 at which point I decided to go to a lawyer and see how I can handle this.   So after speaking with the attorney, it was I could spend alot of money in litigation going after this company or I could save on the litigation fees and take the loss starting now.  So after Alex would not return my money, I decided to start writing off this $50k.  Alex is still doing ...

Still waiting for a answer!!!!!! Don"t mind losing when Markets decline or Crash but don"t like being invested to lose' being lied to' and having good  funds sold and having the blame put on me! If you are invested with him i would be very careful!  If he can do it once he can do it again!!!!!!  Anyone investing for you  { good or bad } all they will say that he did his best if he looses everything!!!! This happen to me.  Maurice Matte # 1 advisor is a joke!!

It is rumored that WRG Resources, LLC President, E. Gary Hogan, MD was stripped of his right to be a doctor for the over subscription of controlled substances (note: this has not been verified, but it is buyers beware notice). Additionally as a result of many troubles he (E. Gary Hogan) has previously been bankrupt.
