April 2007 I had an investment opporunity for $50,000 which I did. There was a contract drawn up and I was to get my investment along with returns back in June 2007. The last email I have is on 4/27/2009 at which point I decided to go to a lawyer and see how I can handle this. So after speaking with the attorney, it was I could spend alot of money in litigation going after this company or I could save on the litigation fees and take the loss starting now. Still waiting for a answer!!!!!! Don"t mind losing when Markets decline or Crash but don"t like being invested to lose' being lied to' and having good funds sold and having the blame put on me! If you are invested with him i would be very careful! If he can do it once he can do it again!!!!!!
