Diane & Jeremy Valentine are liars. I traded a Free Flow spa and was told that the new HortSprings spa was only 4 years old with one owner, in perfect condition When they delivered it and took my trade in to be sold on a consignment basis in their store, the newer one instantly would not heat the water. It took them 3 weeks to finally get it up & running. In the mean time I had NO Spa. I use teh spa for spinal cord & back medical reasons, not as a luxury. With a spa I can take less prescription pain medication.

After the repairs were done it about 72 hours the spa stopped working again. At that time Jeremy told me the spa actually had multiple owners & was much older, in fact I did some research & found the spa is about 15 years old.

Today it still sits here with no water because the jets do not work & the heater will not heat above 70 degrees, which it is a high priced swimming pool, that is not big enough to swim in. They do not return my calls regarding promised repairs. I contacted Diane today & ask her to just bring my spa back because I am disabled & need it for pain relief.

She will not bring it back unless I pay her additional delivery, storage and labor monies totaling $375.00 from when she picked it up. (it was picked up the same time the other one was delivered) and they are located less than a mile from my home. This makes absolutely no sense, but then Diane acts like a money hungry person, because after the delivery I had to make an extra trip to buy water set up chemicals, but when I bought it she said delivery & "set-up" were included in the price. This deal I made with Diane & Jeremy Valentine has been a devatation to me mostly due to medical reasons, they are discriminationg against a Disabled Citizen.

She actually hung up on after she told me that they do not work for free. But I can see they sure do freely take my money and deliver defective merchandise and never keep their promises. This Spa will remain advertised in my front yard until this is settled..if it can not be settled the Spa will become forever yard Art..because that is all it is worth using it for.

RESOLUTION: Finally after filing with the Attorney general, BBB, and hiring a private attorney, 129 days later my consignment Spa was returned without any additional delivery charge. The spa I purchased was repaired with the simple turn of a knob. Although I exerted an enormous amount of time, money and frustration over this experience, I stuck to making this right. The owner extended her apology by giving me a gift certificate to spend in her store which was about 1/3 of what my costs were to make up for the chemicals I personally had to purchase, plus parts, and labor to another dealer. I am so happy this finally was resolved. I thank- you all for your support through this ordeal.
