Yes what this post is saying is true Storm water Services of Spring,Tx charged us for doing our annual renewals,Inspections and the City of Houston Storm Water Dept. And Harris County never recieved a Dime. We Now Are using Gulf Coast Environmental Services from Pearland,TX. Little pricie but we get great service and never have a problem with the city.They even threw a lunch BBQ for are staff.

Yes, Shane Kaiser did the same thing to me and my company. Contracted to get us caught up from being out of compliance for 5 years, we wrote a sizeable check for annual fees and for maintenance contracts with him. He submitted one-years worth of fees and kept the rest, so we are still out of compliance with the COH. The city is on to him, and I have heard that he is being sued for not paying his contractors to the tune of tens of thousands of dollars.

We have used there services for many years and have never had any problems. All I see this being is someone trying to make this company look bad, you should be ashamed, and check your facts people.

Storm Water Services only goes by that name, no other. Storm Water Solutions is another company not associated at all with Storm Water Services. Texas Storm Water is also not associated with Storm Water Services. It's not hard, just do your homework and stop the slanderous ridiculous assumptions.

Anyone who 'high tailed' it actually left over a year ago.

It's an open forum air our opinion on a company. I have had 'good luck' with Storm Water Services. Our company was given bids by Atkinson Storm Water Solutions and they were overpriced, and pushy and wrong in some of their information regarding our permit.

Customer ---- Our Company also was given bids from Atkinson Storm water Solutions and your right they were all trying to charge us for service we did'nt need, Stormwater Service gave us a good price and seem to know what we needed, but had no more room for us, So we went with U.S. Environmental Service they were a little cheaper than Storm Water Service, But did give us cost based on we was required. not what they think we needed.

@John M - Glad to see we're not the only ones who were almost jipped by Atkinson. Another property I'm familiar with has someone from Atkinson blatantly say the COH would charge them for this and that. This guy almost wouldn't take NO for an answer. They seem to have a database that's really up to recent records. We were told we weren't current - when Storm Water Services was able to send us over everything we needed to prove we were.

@ wish I would have known, customer, John M, and scammed: I believe what "Do your homework" was pointing out is that there are a few different companies that have been named that do not have anything to do with one another except for the fact that they are in the same line of work. I wanted to clarify this fact and further differentiate between the companies which have been named in previous posts.
The company for which the initial post/complaint was intended for is Storm Water Services, which is run by Shaine Kaiser. This company has been reported to have scammed many people out of money by not following through with their business responsibilities.
Atkinson Engineering is a separate company which also provides the same types of services as one of their avenues of business. One of the employees from Storm Water Services left the company to go work for Atkinson, and from the sounds of it also left a lot of his clients unaccounted for when he switched companies.
Storm Water Solutions is an entirely different company providing a much larger scale of services, and is a competitor of both Atkinson Engineering with regards to the services covered in these posts.

I use Mazingo Thompson Engineers, Inc. for my storm water quality inspections & as-built certifications. They are small engineering firm that charges reasonable prices. If Atkinson calls and tells you that you are out of compliance, call the city or the county. One had doesn't know what the other hand is doing at the city or the county offices. We WERE in compliance - paperwork and money HAD been turned in and it was being processed. Even if the city or the county sends a note saying you are past due with a permit - call them. nine times out of ten they have the paperwork. No one knows what they are doing down there.
Atkinson had to be asked to leave our property after their aggressive behavior.

We are using U.S. Environmental Service out of Katy for our civil Engineering and Storm Water Issues, i promise you i made Phone calls for a week straight called everyone who does this work and No one came even close to USES prices, Try This out for size how about $200.00 for the Engineers Cert and is Inspecting our site for $35.00 @ month, Well they gave us that price because we are non-profit. Good Bunch of Guys. Use Them ! These Guys are out there to make an honest living, No Bull**** No hiked up cost.
