My husband invested over £12,000 in buying saress products for me to have a small business, he also invested £3000 setting up a professional website to sell the products. When the goods were delivered and the website was up and running John and Julia Fish told us we had to remove the pictures showing the saress as the pictures were there property and we were in breach of their intellectual property and they would get their lawyers to deal with us. We were advised by our lawyers that they could instigate legal proceedings against us. I find this appalling business practise and would like to warn anyone that is thinking of buying from them to get in writing that you are allowed to use their pictures and text. How can anyone have the audacity to sell you their goods and then deny you the right to use any of their promotional material to market their product. We have now had to spend a further £1200 to obtain pictures that we can use to sell the saress and we also have to spent another couple of thousand to change the website. They are not fit to operate and use the law how they see fit. I hope that anyone who reads this decides that if they want to purchase the saress they do not buy from any of their websites www.thesaress.com www.exclusivecollections.co.uk
