Rocky Mountain Telecom (Michael King) RIPPED ME OFF!!!

DON'T GET SCAMMED LIKE I DID!!!! I should have expected it when I thought it was too good to be true. When sourcing a new telephony carrier for my company I found Canada Internet - Rocky Mountain Telecom (Michael King) on google as a company that offers IP VPN, VOIP, DID, SIP, origination, termination, dedicated and VPS servers for hosted PBX and Asterisk servers at a very low cost to any reseller across Canada.

I contacted the company to discuss opportunities to work together. It seemed to be a good fit as I was sold into believing this company can provide me with excellent support, quality service and a cost effective solution. But what I really got was... terrible support, a bad attitude and ripped off!!!

Michael King (owner) Rocky Mountain Telecom promised me a virtual private server provisioned with 4PSA Cloud Calling Software (Voip Now) for $750, This was to include unlimited extensions and all the bells and whistles. I should have known it was too good to be true. I was told the server would be provided for me within 72 hours after I pre-paid for the cost of the server setup of $750. After 4 weeks I have still not received my server and I get no answers.

After many emails, calls and requests for the status of my server Michael King informed me that they (James & Dale) were having troubles getting past the copyrights and are having a hard time cracking the 4PSA licensing.

SELLING ME AN ILLEGAL VERSION!!!! I don't buy pirated software!!! I have reported this to 4PSA (VOIP Now) and will continue to pursue this until my money has been returned to me. To date, Michael King of Rocky mountain Telecom owes me $750 and as a matter of fact his last email to me was "FO" as if to say "F**K OFF".

Michael King of Rocky Mountain Telecom and Canada Internet, you are a shady business man! You ripped me off. I demand my money back, not because I need it, but because YOU OWE IT TO ME! I am willing to go to much length on this principle.

On a related note... after only 3 weeks of doing business together, Michael King had the nerve to ask me for a reference for his business to a previous client who he wanted to come back to him as a customer again. he wanted me to comment on his support, service and pricing. Against my better judgment I gave a positive review... glad I kept his number so I can explain to him that I felt I had to give a positive review for a fear of backlash and losing my money if I didn't.
