ms2k jobs, ms2k career management, Moumouni (Mouni) Sere GUILTY of BREACH of CONTRACT per NYC Civil Court. They are all Judgement-Debtors.

Mr Sere has removed his name from his website and social media sites (Facebook, Linked-In, Twitter, etc), changed his company name (ms2k career management)to ms2k jobs on his website and on social media sites (Facebook, Linked-In, Twitter, etc) all in order to avoid a Google search of ms2k career management. That Google search provides links to sites listing negative complaints regarding ms2k career management.

Since all Google search complaints appear under ms2k career management a Google search under ms2k jobs comes up clean. Until now.....

Please Search for ms2k career management on this site and read the voluminous complaints I've previously posted.

Again,on the record, ms2k jobs, ms2k career management, Moumouni (Mouni) Sere are all one and the same individual and company and are all per NYC Civil Court GUILTY of BREACH of CONTRACT and Judgement-Debtors.

The webhost for ms2kjobs.com and ms2kcareermanagement.com has suspended the websites for non-payment. The company phone number 646-241-5270 is no longer accepting incoming calls.

I'm not the only individual or entity currently owed money by Moumouni aka Mouni Sere and his companies.

Defaulting on written agreements, and ignoring Court Judgments, are not the actions of an honest successful businessman with a growing, thriving business which is exactly the manner in which Mr Sere portrayed himself and his companies to me prior to my co-signing an Employment Contract he authored.

Unfortunately a Google search, at the time prior to my co-signing the Contract, turned up no derogatory information on Mr Sere or ms2kjobs.com or ms2kcareermanagement.com. Today somebody doing a Google search will get the true story.

These actions by Mr Sere are clearly designed maneuvers in an attempt to avoid paying the court ordered judgment against both he and his companies.

I'm not the only Creditor owed sums of money by Moumouni (Mouni ) Sere. He has moved out of his apartment owing his Landlord 6 months rent -- 3 months back rent before he vacated and 3 months rent after illegally subletting his apartment without his Landlord's permission just prior to moving out.

Presumably more Creditors will be appearing.

Had something similar happen to my niece a few years ago. Person who defrauded her went to jail and she wound up getting triple the money she had originally requested from the Defendant. Don't remember why but she did eventually receive triple damages. Hope your case has a similar happy ending for you

Contact the your local DA and State AG. Now that the Defendant has been found Guilty in Civil Court they may want to purse criminal charges for fraud. You are doing the public a service by exposing this dishonest businessman and his company
