Author's Comments: 0 Rebuttal: You must be logged in: 0 Status: Unresolved Purchased a gas fireplace from this company in West Jefferson, NC 7/1/11, after over 50 telephone calls, numerous missed service calls without notification Tom Phillips owner and installer was incapable to getting the new fireplace to operate. After numerous communitcations with the manufacturer they sent a rep and a different dealer-installer and within 2 hours were able to correct what was incorrectly installed. Stay away from this company, incompentency and lack of integrity is ingrained with this person.
