I took a verbal quote over the phone (my fault) and ended up with a guy doing 4.5 hours work repairing some laminate (which I supplied) and the end result was a charge that amounted to a little over $200 per hour. Moral of store, be sure and get a written estimate in advance from these guys. They actually did a good job, but I wonder about their ethics.
