Don't use Chad Burgess for home remodelingI agree with the carpet person, please shop around for prices before using Chad Burgess. He works in the DFW area and is not very reliable. Took him much longer than he estimated to do my remodeling and he charged too much. He showed up basically when he felt like it and requested payment throughout the job I presume so he could continue working but he never finished the job! His workmanship was just ok, nothing great. Definitely not worth hiring.
