As anticipated ms2k Career Management, ms2k Career Jobs and their Founder and CEO Moumouni (Mouni) Sere have resurfaced under a new name and new corporate ID --- Barra and Baara International, respectively.

The only purpose of the new ID and new company name is to avoid the creditors and court judgments rendered against Sere and his previous company and to give the appearance to employers and candidates of an established company with a clean company slate.

Switching personal and company names to avoid court judgments and financial responsibility is the method of choice for all dishonest businessman and companies. (Just ask any County DA about dishonest home improvement contractors!)

The Linked-In profile for Baara International is a lie. They have been in business less than 3 months not the 5 plus years as claimed on the site.

The good news is my NYC Civil Court Judgment for Breach of Contract is still enforceable.

WARNING to ALL EMPLOYERS and JOB CANDIDATES:

Do not conduct business with Sere as Baara or Baara International
If you must, Do not pay him any money up front for a Job Placement
If you must, Do not accept employment as an employee or independent contractor without being paid in advance

Same dishonest individual and same dishonest business practices as the previous company.

Sere may run and change his name and company name but he cannot hide.

Read your other posting regarding Sere and ms2k career mgmt. Glad you have a Judgment against this con-man. Sorry you didn't collect it yet

No matter where Sere runs, once you find him, you can transfer the judgment to a local court for execution

This swindler belongs in jail. Turn him into the DA or AG. Shouldn't be allowed to cheat you, close shop, run away and then open up the same business under an assumed name.
