You don't get what you pay for! Beware! I paid $34 to get two death certs from people that have been dead for over 3 years. After paying my money, neither of the certs where even found! I contacted the website, which has no phone number, and via email they informed me that this service is "as is" and that nothing is guaranteed. I would think that death records on two people that have been dead for over three years would be available somewhere esp since their is an estate, etc. I was very unhappy with this service and their customer service. Keep your money!

I too got caught by this site. I have sent 2 emails asking for my $38.01AUD back as I was not satisfied with their service and have had no reply. I am so annoyed - grrrr! Surely there is some way we can make these con artists accountable for their actions!!

So does anyone know how to get this company off the internet and get a refund or start a lawsuit??? Any attorneys out there???? With some professional advice??? I also was looking for public records and was told if I joined that I could get all the public records that I needed. I haven't been able to get into public records at all. I payed clickbank 42.00 dollars for the information and they have yet to live up to what they said they would do. I WANT MY MONEY BACK!!!!!! NOW!!!!.
