I ordered Life Fit Labs Colon Cleanse free trial. Supposed to only pay shipping of $4.95...........they sent bottle, charged my credit card $69.95. Not Free! I tried phoning the 888 number the day I got the product, but they simply say that all their operators are busy..this went on for an hour............I have sent unopened bottle back and reported this to my bank..have put a stop payment on any other money coming out of my account to this company. I am filing a report of this company's scams anywhere I can online and letting everyone know they are LIARS! They lie right on their website about a free trial which is definately not free!

Life Fit Labs is constantly working to improve customer service. We are sorry you had issues but please call customer service and cancel and we will not continue to charge the card. Also, the trial is for 15 days, please review the terms. If you cancel before 15 days you can keep the product for only the 4.95 shipping and no additional charges are added to your card.

I feel life fit labs has a crap response to this complaint! I have also ordered this product went throught the whole process of returning it and they still wont take the charge of credit card. I cancelled before 15 days and they told me I have to send the product BACK! before it will be taken off my card! so where is the 4.95 free trial? what a rip off!
