I feel life fit labs has a crap response to this complaint! I have also ordered this product went throught the whole process of returning it and they still wont take the charge of credit card. I cancelled before 15 days and they told me I have to send the product BACK! before it will be taken off my card! so where is the 4.95 free trial? what a rip off!

I canceled this product over a year ago, paid for my first bottle felt it was a scam so I called and canceled it. Now I have been contacted by a outside debt collection agency trying to collect on a product I already paid more than I should have for. For this company, she cant tell me any contact info for the company just their name. This is crap. I have not received any correspondance from this 'company' and just started receiving these calls. I only received the one bottle and already paid and canceled the order and now they are trying to collect a debt for something already paid for a good year or more later with no other correspondance.. SCAM>>>> DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. I advised the collections rep that the only bottle I have was already paid for, that I had canceled this over a year ago and have not received any other product or correspondance with them since. I am so ANGRY to say the least.

Anyone being ripped off by this scam should IMMEDIATELY report their credit/debit card as compromised to their card company or bank! You only have a short time to do this if you expect to get any money back - The bank or card issuer will likely cancel your card and send you a new one, then pursue the people who charged you without permission.

Also, place notices and reports on the internet on sites like this one, to warn others of this threat of a predatory company.

I got ripped too because I did not read the fine print. A telephone rippresentative gave me an address of company when I requested. It turned out to be an open field of prairie dogs. They get you and know you are screwed. What a way to make money ..and be legal at the same time.
