Do NOT take your dog to this woman for training, or let her come to you! I had a 3 hour 'training' session that consisted of 2 hours and 55 minutes of non stop talking and 5 minutes of actually discussing the dog.
Rather than actually trying to train in that last 5 minutes she put a shock collar on the dog! I declined anymore of her 'training' and just took the loss. The talking wasn't even about training or my dog. This woman cannot stop talking about herself and it's all about nothing. Blah Blah Blah about how great she is at everything. She claims she has trained trainers and any trained not trained by her is worthless. She rarely takes a breath so anyone can get a word in. I had to interrupt her anytime I wanted to say something about my dog and she would then go off on some story about herself again. ... Ameralisgrafx Tricorder Ripoff!
Ameralisgrafx (run by a man named Antonio Meralis, of Union City, NJ, USA) claims to be able to take an old Star Trek toy and create a working product that looks like the original, plays MP3s and makes sounds from the shows. He accepts paypal payments and promises the product in 6-8 weeks (conveniently, this is long after paypal's consumer purchase protection expires). I sent him a series of emails, each one of which he answered with a promise. After 7 months, nothing. He eventually stopped answering my emails. I have since heard from several others who were conned by this scammer. He maintains a slick website, where I assume he is continuing to take orders that will never be fulfilled. Please do not waste your money. If you purchase from this man, you will never see the product OR your money!
Don't buy house plants from SearsBought a house plant online from their site. Plant arrived and is nothing like the picture on their site, it is one-third the size that is pictured on their site. After corresponding with them and telling them I was a customer in the past, they blew me off. They said they will work on their site to improve their pictures - what good is that doing me? Also, I was informed that there is a 15% !!! restocking fee if I chose to return the plant. They gave me no satisfaction. They more or less said, "Too bad for you". I also told them I would send a picture of the plant I received so they can see it is one third the size of the picture posted. Disgraceful customer service. Beware of Peabody Vacations! Don't take offer of cd for "free trial". Their rip-off comes by phone or online. I saw it online and put in my name and address. I DID NOT GIVE THEM MY CREDIT CARD NUMBER. I had been ripped off that way before when I gave another company my cc number just for postage for "free trial." And I was charged the full price for the item (Hydroderm). However, I thought I was safe this time because of my experience before, I did not enter my cc number. And I tried to go back to previous page to erase my address, etc. but it was already blank.
How is it possible that there are 2 charges on my credit card I didn't even give them my number. AND did not received any cd for "trial"???? I NEED HELP. PublicRecordsChecks.com
You don't get what you pay for! Beware! I paid $34 to get two death certs from people that have been dead for over 3 years. After paying my money, neither of the certs where even found! I contacted the website, which has no phone number, and via email they informed me that this service is "as is" and that nothing is guaranteed. I would think that death records on two people that have been dead for over three years would be available somewhere esp since their is an estate, etc. I was very unhappy with this service and their customer service. Keep your money!
matthew mullhofer attorney
Defrauding clients and taking money from people in foreclosure is not the only problems I see with Matthew C. Mullhofer aka Matt Mullhofer who is still operating his loan modificaton scam out of his location in Santa Ana, California. I have so far heard from several homeowners who got taken in by the promiise to help the home owner is distress and instead just end up owing the same amount and be out several thousands of dollars in the mean time.
It's really unfortunate that Mullhofer takes his cut upfront which shows how he seems to know that he really cannot help people at all. I just wish I had done a little background checking before sending my sister and brother in law over there. There house in santa ana was current on the loan with countrywide and after being advised to stop making the mortgage payments they now are in default and will have the house ... EZ ACBERRY
I had to cancel my card and get a new one. But the initial "free" trial has cost me $87.13, since hours of being on-line and on phone have gotten me NOTHING. No manufacturer's name, no cancellation policy, no response by a person...only recordings. I only took one dose of this sstuff and got so violently ill I trashed the rest. I did file a complaint with my state Attorney General but was able to provide them no info other than name of product and distributor. Maybe they can do something about this. I hope so.
Grants (Free Money??)
Curiousity coaxed me into searching for the supposedly millions of dollars available that you "DontHaveToPayItBack" That's a website I was prompted to search via radio commercial. One must add a www. in front of the phrase and not capitalize certain words to access same. I typed it differently so to make it easier for the reader to spot the sequence. The message I want to convey is much more important. As I opened various sites, they were all very obviously intentionally designed to "hook" the reader. I want all who are tempted to search each site for the words "terms" and or "conditions". Usually reddish in color and near the bottom of the page. Clicking on the word will bring up a new window usually containing a ...
Doug Westcott of Northwest Imports Orders 1500 Speedy Sharps Lies, Scam, Will Not Pay His Bill
On January 23, 2009 I shipped Doug Westcott of Northwest Imports & Park Distribution 1500 Speedy Sharp Sharpeners, and 40 Speedy Sharp Demos. Demos are sharpeners on a cable for display purposes. I had received his credit
references and had checked them all out. They checked out fine. I got good reports stating that Doug Westcott always pays his bill within 30 days. Previous to the order being shipped, Doug and I had had several phone and e-mail conversations regarding pricing, shipping arrangement, what type of business he was in and where he would be distributing our sharpeners. I now believe that his credit references where all setup, they were his friends, and referred to him by his first name and told me what a great guy he was. They were all in on this. I sent Doug Westcott an invoice and statement only to have them all ignored. I placed several phone calls and sent ...
