DO NOT send your Ipod or Iphone to this company for repair. I have had a total nightmare with these people, and now I no longer have an Ipod and they will not answer phones or respond to e-mails. The "company" may have closed down, although their website is still up and there are still recordings on their phone line. You have to pay for their services before sending your Ipod, which bothered me but I wanted it fixed. You also have to pay ahead of time for "return shipping". GOOD LUCK getting your IPod back. I am irate at being treated this way and having my property taken from me, but I know of no where to turn. At least I can warn other people.

USPS confirmed delivery of my ipod touch to repairmyi 6/5/2010. I have called their support (1-877-734-9694) but in 1 week have yet to reach a person or be able to leave a message (the box is aloways full). The live support from thier site is always ofline, and the support ticket I submitted 06/08/2010 has had NO response. Better business Bureau has no complaints. Not sure if these guys are out of business but it looks like I lost my online payment AND my Ipod!

I sent in my iPHONE 3G six weeks ago and never heard anything from them. Both sales and service mailboxes are "full" and no one will answer the phones.
i am assuming that they are out of business.

Although they were recommended by a local repair shop, I would also warn against using them.

I finally called the local police there - they went to this address which is only a drop-off spot for UPS. The person who was in that space told the police that a guy comes once in a while and picks up boxes. He found out I sent the police and was irate and threatened I would have to sue him to get my Ipod back. His name, I found from the police, is Anthony Manzella. Call law enforcement for that area. They will get tired of it and do something maybe.

I spoke to the sheriff today also it would help if you could send me your info and the sheriff you spoke to. It doesn't sound like we spoke to the same person because this was all new to him. I can't believe this guy thinks he can get away with this. He lives in a small town. I've spoken to many people in town today I will find him and get my kids' Ipod and Iphone back. Good news is that I paid with paypal.. I've already filed a complaint and I'll get my money back for the service. This scumbag is going down - I used US Mail so he's got charges of federal mail fraud against him also. Hopefully he'll serve time for this.

Filed a complaint with New Orleans Area Better Business Bureau, State Attorney General--James D. "Buddy" Caldwell, and IC3. I haven't hired an attourney (not sure it makes sense for a product replacement value of $199), but it does stink that this company has basically been able to harvest a bunch of iphone/ pods and get paid for repair services to boot. Next I will consider calling the local Covington Sherif. Good Grief!!

Thanks, he has my sons Macbook Pro that had a broken screen and has not returned it, although I did get my money back from Paypal! I had a nightmare with them as well, in addition to completely screwing up my phone the idiot put in a battery that is incompatible and cannot be upgraded past 3.1.2. I have to replace the battery again to go to 4.0+.

An East Feliciana jury convicted a Hammond man of negligent homicide in a three-day trial beginning on Monday, Feb. 7 in the shooting death of Jeral Wayne Matthews of Clinton on July 24, 2009.

The jury split 10-2 in favor of the lesser charge of negligent homicide.

Anthony Manzella, 20, of Hammond, was charged with first degree murder. Had the jury convicted him on that charge, he would have spent the rest of his life in prison, however, the negligent homicide conviction carries a maximum penalty of five years in prison and a $5,000 fine.
