Don't buy house plants from Sears

Bought a house plant online from their site. Plant arrived and is nothing like the picture on their site, it is one-third the size that is pictured on their site. After corresponding with them and telling them I was a customer in the past, they blew me off. They said they will work on their site to improve their pictures - what good is that doing me? Also, I was informed that there is a 15% !!! restocking fee if I chose to return the plant. They gave me no satisfaction. They more or less said, "Too bad for you". I also told them I would send a picture of the plant I received so they can see it is one third the size of the picture posted. Disgraceful customer service.
