This company advertized on my face book , I purchased free trials of slimming tablets on the understanding I would pay only £2.95 each however a week or two after placing my order on 17th Jan 74.95 was taken from my account , two days later on the 19th of Jan £68.76 I did not receive the pills until the 19th . I called on the 19th the day I received the pills, to get my money back and they told me my trial period had ended. I threatened to go to trading and standards and they told me I would receive my money back in 7-10 working days. i now have to wait to find out if I am going to be reimburst. Both times I called I was repeatedly put on hold. This company dispatches it's good from Linlithgow. When I tried to contact them on the web I could only find websites complaining about them. Face Book should also be held responsible for dodgy advertising.

unfortunately having been caught too..but..if one looks at the bottom of their add in tiny print..terms and conditions,they inform you that money will be owed,and they will take it from your credit card after 6 days..trouble is..I cancelled my card after I read the terms,but am still getting their products sent to me even though I asked them to cease..don't know how they are going to get the money from me!!!!!

The only way I stopped them was to cancel my card and be issued with a new one. If they send any more stuff I won't be paying any more money either. My bank couldn't flag them because they use a different name each time they charge.
