while renting tires or rims fixing flats and wheel rotation is suppose to be included while renting tires or rims, but they actually are charging for services that are suppose to be free while renting. i pay 60dollers a few cents every two weeks but only 36 dollars is applied toward the tires that i am renting. the first time i rented from them was you make 10 payments on time and the eleventh payment was free. no problems. now under new management it is a ripoff.
