Textbooksrus.com rented my textbooks to me but when it came time to send them back, they say they didn't receive them by the due date so they charged me full price for the very used textbooks. I emailed them because even if they hadn't received the books on time, they were postmarked in more than enough time. The box was postmarked six days before the books were due back. They should go by the postmarked day because if they do not receive the books then it should be the fault of the shipping company they use. The replied that they would refund my money under no circumstances. I filed a complaint with the FTC and the BBB and emailed them the reference numbers. They replied that they would send the books back to me, if I paid the return shipping. Again, these were very used books already and they charged me full, brand new price of $239.66 for them. All I want is a refund for the books that they have in their possession.
