We received a report from unsubscribe.com stating a person wanted out of our opt in mail out. The opt in news letter is a option that a person has to check in our store before checkout.

At no times have we ever added names or anything like what unsubscribe.com is trying to say. When unsubscribe.com contacted us with the person email we found no such email in our system, that was it, no such person with the email address they sent was in our database.

We contacted unsubscribe.com and asked that they forward the email to us, they refused, they did not have any information other than some person stating he was sent an email.

Now we see unsubscribe.com made a post slandering ESB Host for an email that had nothing to do with ESB Host.We are going to file a slander case and we will post on every forum we can find the facts on this matter.

unsubscribe.com can not be trusted and if you get a report from them it is trash,

They have no professional staff from what we can see and unsubscribe.com has no clue to why we even wanted the email. unsubscribe.com seemed to have no clue there is an email header in the email that would let us track where it was sent and from who. But unsubscribe.com lack of knowledge on how emails work ended up with a false post by them and a slander lawsuit
