VibeCellular sold an 8320 BlackBerry which failed to work properly. Item was returned under RMA#25943 and reported received on Oct. 4, 2009. VibeCellular offered to send a brand new Blackberry model 8100 as a replacement. So far I have received nothing back.

They do not answer the phone and do not reply email messages either.

I am very dissapointed. I feel I was ripped off.
