I had contacted the site's manager to make sure the boots were authentic uggs from Austrailia. I was told that they were and that if I was not satisfied when I received the boots that I would be able to return them. I would have to pay shipping, but nothing else. The boots that I ordered came in the wrong color, they are defective and they are not authentic uggs. The last email that I received asked me if it would be acceptable for them to charge me a 15% restocking fee. There is no mention of a restocking fee on their web site in the matter of a return, and they are going to charge me to restock a defective item!? Anyone want a pair of sand colored, short mayfaire style uggs? Oh yeah, there is too much filler on the right side of the inside of the right boot. They will need a hair-cut when you receive them.
