chandelier liquidators, great chandelier, spectrum home furnishings - beware!
This saga of stolen money, lies, and unreceived goods goes back a year. I saw what looked to be lovely chandeliers online and they were inexpensive. Too good to be true!
Chandlier Liquidators, Great Chandeliers and Spectrum Home Furnishings are all part of the same rip-off scam - same company, so BEWARE. Being in Australia I needed to organise payment and delivery from overseas. When I first got in touch regarding payment via Paypal or credit card I was told this was impossible and that they had had trouble in the past with these methods. I was told that bank cheque or direct debit would be the only way. I even called and spoke to Philip a number of times to discuss my concerns about these methods, but I actually believed the customer reviews and didn't think to check online sites for customer complaints. ... Ballroom Dancing Shoes
Dance class shoes are difficult to find and I'm a tough fit, but I found Ballroom Dancing Shoes online and ordered a pair of shoes described as "Wide". Turns out they were narrower than anything I have ever tried on. Called for return authorization and followed instructions. I knew I would lose $18.00 in shipping/handling costs(non-refundable), a $15.00 "restocking fee"(how ridiculous are THESE charges -- hey, I was desperate), but now they refuse to acknowledge they received the return at all. Total waste of my money and time. Don't order from these people!!! I have never had problems returning to a reputable company -- Zappos are the best and I finally found shoes there that fit.
TweakPC software is a scam
Also known as "Software Made Easy", the TweakPC product line is basically free software that they sell as their own. They have a really nice but simple web site and they have done a good job with showing boxes (which they don't sell) and screenshots (which don't really match the actual software). Under the guise of being unique software created by them, they have aquired software that is freely available which you don't discover until you have already made the purchase. They keep the software cost low enough to deter people from othering with disputes, as that can be very time-consuming.
The "TweakPC Partition Manager" is actually "Parted Magic", software that is freely available from the author. He only requests donations. Purchases for TweakPC software go through RegNow.com. There is only an email to contact the "vendor" - no phone numbers. ... 30-Day Money back guarantee is a lieProd Product Website: www.financessoftware.com Additional website: Alzex.com Owner/Creator: Alexandr Shirokov Email: Alex@alzex.com I purchased a financial pro software to try for my personal finances. Alexandr "We provide the fully functional trial you can use for free for 30 days before purchase. There is no refund or money-back promised on site or EULA. All sales are final." This statement is not true. The website listed the limitations of the trial software, it is ... Djproaudio 1200s.com $576.14 Scam
So you may have heard some pretty horrific tales about Djproaudio and 1200s.com (same company), but this one takes the cake.
I ordered two used vinyl turntables from Djproaudio 4/16/2008 (no thats not a typo, its been over a year with no resolution) .. i used my debit card (huge mistake) and they immediately charged it. I kept in contact with the now infamous "Davis" for about a month, and he seemed like a helpful and genuine guy .. Although Davis would constantly cite problems with the ordering of parts as the reason my turntables were not being shipped, or problems rebuilding some certain component in the turntable, more parts ordering problems, parts were discontinued, etc. etc. etc. After much extreme patience on my part i finally and politely asked them to refund my money to the card on 05/14/2008 .. He told me that he would forward the request to refund the money to the ... Outletnutrition.com - No product/No refund

Netfoundation LLC aka Evergreen Electronics aka Pikes Peak Traders
Richard Hauf and his company are underhanded, and value profits over customer satisfaction. He is a prime example of why the american business is taking a turn for the worst. He markets his products as new, when they are actually returns from Best Buy, Target, and other stores. The products he buys ...
