This is a web site that offers discounted gift cards to stores such as walmart, old navy, sunglass hut, etc. The only problem is this is a SCAM! They never deliver your purchase and a computer replies to any e-mail you send out. I have been able to track down their address, its a UPS store. Their phone number is an answering machine. so caution! Cardilly.com is nothing more than a theif!
