never get the product.

i recently made a purchase from emergency vehicle lighting solutionsLLC from pfugerville tx ,web site emergencyvehiclelightingsolutions.com at first the first led lightbar that they had sent was truly at poor quality so i sent the voltech unit back and they accually were pretty proffesional about it as i spoke with randy nolan the supposedly chief vice president of oporations we aggreed that i would purchase another unit but of better quality but was quite a bit more expensive that was not a problem so i payed the company in full for this unit and three other products as well . they quikly deducted the funds from my credit card account and sent the work order and riciept of payment ,the product as they mentioned would be assembled and delivered buy thursday,10th of feb 2011 i had no problem with this as well.since the day that me and randy spoke of this i have not recieved a tracking number nor confirmation of my order ,i have have sent numerouse emails and several phone calls and only one time have i been able to connect with any one and at that time randy nolan made the statement that when he returned to his shop he would see why it had not been delivered,conversation that was on mon feb 14th 2011 and i have yet to ricieve any such reply.this was a very costly mistake 1,275,00 worth my nephew accually logged onto facebook and made a comment about this company but misinterpeted a conversation he and i had about a simular company that i had delt with and was burned as well so took into his own hands to place a negetive comment on the,re page as EVLS.US randy also made a statement that that was a leagle violation and frankly i dont see how the comment box is placed for negetive or possitive feed back witch is niether here nor there and this person that made that statement should have known this biengs he is supposedly a former peace officer all in all ive been ripped off and i urge anyone if in the future to beware of this company.and i would investigate any company before dealing with them over the net. sincerely T.Breeden
