I ordered this 15 day free trial with paying shipping,took 2 weeks to get it so the 15 day free trial is up when you do finally get it. They also set you up on a monthly supply which I read the terms and conditions and did not see that in there before I ordered or i would not have ordered. They sent me another bottle that I did not order, so I called the number on the paper that came with it and cancelled it. That should have been that,but NOOOOOO,I received another bottle today. I called their number at 1-866-949-0138 TWICE and no one would answere the phone. On their message it gives the web address and I went on it, this is the conversation.

I ordered from Resveratrol Ultra's website and called the number on the card that was with the original order and canceled. This shipment did not have that card in it,but it did have the number and address on the box from Fl. This out-source company is working with their company and it is their responsibility to have their record correct. I did not receive any last month so or the month before so that indicated that the account had been closed as I requested. This is just bad business ripping people off.

My experience with this co. is almost the same story as Gale Houp @6217. I ordered on 7/11, received order on 7/25, 14 DAYS LATER and was given the same indirect responses over the phone. Said I could get it for $40; I asked why in the world would I want to continue when the co. uses these tactics.
The printout from my online order showed only S&H with $87.13 showing as the discount, meaning not charged, and shipped on 7/15. I received it on 7/25, with debit card being charged on 7/26!!!!!
Account is SUPPOSED to be cancelled. I was given a merchandise return authorization number and order cancellation #. Sent the bottle back with letter expressing my total disgust. I hope they go under!!!

I was also caught up in this scam - no other word for it. I did just received a return authorization # so I can return an unopened bottle that I have. I also was asked if I wanted to keep the account active for $40 - are they nuts!! Stay away from buying this product. Thank goodness my credit card company contacted me about the charges via the internet.

this also happened to me...! they started billing my account every week for the $87.13 and also the shipping/handling charge..was my debit card..nothing I could do the bank says..I had to cancel my debit card to make it stop! I was charged almost $500 when it is all said and done...I received the trial offer and just today I received my first bottle although I have been charged for 5 bottles..impossible to get through on the numbers that they supply or the website to get a RMA to return this crap! I am thinking of emailing Oprah or Dr. Oz to let them know.l ordered it on their recommendation and they need to know that this company is ripping people off! I guess that I am stuck with the charges as they will not answer their phone from hold to return this shit! I am really mad! every week billing my card when it is supposed to be a 30 day supply?? rip off!!!

I just got off live chat from someone representing Resveratrol. She told me how to mail unopened, unwanted merchandise back to them. That address is Returns Department, 3007 Greene ST., Hollywood, FL 33020. You need to have them give you the RMA number to include in bold letters on the front of the box or your credit/debit card will not be credited. Additionally, I contacted the dispute resolution dept. of my bank and they entered the RMA number into their system as well. The bank strongly suggested that because this company is so disreputable to spend the extra bucks to send it either return receipt requested through the post office or UPS so we can verify that the package had been received by them. I hope there is some way this company can be stopped. Trying to talk to them by phone is a JOKE.

I did not order this product at all and they have charged my card with the amount. I have called and ask for them to put it back in my account and they have not done it or returned my call. I have not even received the product. I will contact my lawyer if I do not receive the credit immediately.

I spoke via the phone with the exact company. They told me the exact same thing as everyone else. I told them that I did not authorize the charges, and I do infact have a print up of the exact advertisment and billing information. It does not show any extra charges.
The lady interuppted and said " may I finish?"
In the end, I told them that if the money is not given back, that I would sue.
They did not. I contacted an attorney.

I was told that this was an international purchase. And that I could sue, but he compaired it to sueing an Nigerian scam artist.
the company is nearly impossible to locate.

The best thing to do is warn others, and file affidavits with my bank, that the charges were in fact unauthorized. With a notarized letter demanding that any and all charges and fees be credited to my account.

I will never order from anyone online again without doing extensive searches on them, this should not be allowed to go on.

It's about the same for me. I called the # and talked to a woman that seemed to lapse into Swahili every few words. I was also offered the chance to continue on at a cost of $40.00 per month I declined and demanded my $87.13 back. I was informed that my trial period was over. When I told her that the product had just arrived, I was piously told that I should have asked for a time extension! It's a real scam and it irks me that they continue to rip innocent people off on their website.

I too called, with the same conversation as above...I cancelled my card, was no other way. now let them take more. I suggest slamming them on twitter, face book, mail forward and anyother was to warn people about this theft ring...I am mad.

I don"t understand how they got all of your credit card #'s without your original signatures or authorization you must always review your statements every day and keep up with your account because there is always someone looking to make that free money so be advised to do your research and check out this site and the BBB before you give that cc away if worst comes to worst just cancel your account but act fast whatever you do just a little advice from a helper in Dallas TX.

I have the same problems you did. I was charged $40 monthly on my credit card. I received the first shipment which contains two bottles. On the second shipment, I received an empty box. I called the company several times and was on hold for hours. I finally spoke to a woman who told me that someone will get in contact with me within 24-48 hrs. I never heard from them. I called again and kept on getting disconnected. I think we should all report this company to the Dep't. of Consumers Affairs.

Wow...I'm about an hour into discovering that I've been taken along with the rest of you in all this to the sum of around $275.00. I was attempting today to contact the company to cancel any further orders when this all started. I soon discovered that my Visa had three different charges of around $83.00 (plus like 10 more charges ranging from $.53 cents to $7.85 along with them) from this Company. My original charge of $.99 cents was on 06/30…then more charges = around $95.00 on 07/14. Then pretty much the same again on 07/30…and finally the same thing again yesterday 08/25 for another $85.00’s and change. I knew I hadn’t contacted them to cancel my free-trial in time, but like a some of the rest of you I don’t remember reading in the terms that I would be charged for my “free-trial” bottle after the fifteen days…as I understood it, if I didn’t cancel within the fifteen day trial period, I would be locked into buying at least another 30-day supply of it at full price for another month, but could still cancel anytime as long as it was before the next 30 day cycle came around. I figured I’d get one more bottle (1 free and 1 $80.00= $40.00 each which was fair and then cancel. So according to the time-line I should have had till the 30th to cancel but in doing so tonight on the website, I learned of the new charges to my card yesterday (and also about the 07/14 charges). At first I figured it was just a case of accidental double billing which I would square away tomorrow. But thinking something might be amiss, I google’d them and here I am. It’s amazing how so many seemingly intelligent people can be had so easily. I did get the second bottle which had the 07/30 charges and is why I should another 5 days to cancel the next shipment, but they already got my money yesterday. I did cancel my account on their web-site tonight, has that work for anyone else or do I need to keep trying to contact them by phone? Live and learn I guess, but man doesn’t it pisses you off. I just feel for some of you who this is causing a real financial hardship, these bastards should be in jail.

I am writing to let you all know that we need to band together and sue the fire out of this crooked company. They have stolen like $174.00 from me and I've been trying to get it back. They refunded one fee but told me that I couldn't get the other one because I sent their product back, return to sender. I want to know who in their right mind has money like this to spend on pills when it's a reccession among other issues that people have going on in their lives? Not me!!!! I would never spend this kind of money on something like this. So I'm gonna see about getting a class action lawsuit going.

Angela, you might want to contact your credit card company and report your credit card as compromised. This way at least you won't be billed from this company any more. Your credit card company can issue you a new card.

I finally got through today. try calling right now. I cancelled my free trial in July and they continued to bill my account. Of course the operator said they have "no such order." This is such a scam. Plus they don't include an invoice. I finally asked for the name of the company's owner and they wouldn't provide it. The company, by the way, is SEC Health Products. I asked to speak to a supervisor and got no where, so I asked to speak to his manager and was told there wasn't any other person to talk to. Hopefully Better Business is on to them.

This company charged my account 354.45$ within two weeks .they send a bottle of rersvatrol for 15 days trail .
I dont think it was resvatrol . It was colon cleanser.they put a resvatrol sticker in that bottle .without my order they are taking 174.24 from my bank account past two weeks they have taken 348.48 $ from my account .
I tried to contact them they dont answer it goes into an answering machine , so i cancelled my order . still they are charging to my account .
this company is the biggest fraud

I canceled my credit card. They had charged me twice. I filed a fraud charges against them with my credit card company. I also returned the product to them.. I then received another bottle. I refused it at the post office & then checked my credit card bill & had been charged for it just one week after the first one. The postal clerk said he had been taking them in & returning them all day. I received a email from them saying they had credited my credit card for the first bottle. My credit card company credited my account & I haven't heard anything else from them since August or received any more bottles.

I found company COLO PURE CLEANSE which made it sound like you could have a free trial of this cleansing product, you just needed to pay the shipping cost which was $4.00. I was happy to do that, punched in my account details & in that split second noticed, in tiny writing the $86.00 monthly charge.
I quickly tried to log out but the order went through. Have cancelled my bank card in a bid to stop them RIPPING ME OFF.
Sneaky horrid company 'COLONATURECLEANSE'. The tel no is 'unavialable' 1888 7784605. Is this a legitimate phone number in USA? . They have also not given any address to return product if not happy. Can anyone help me?
