Author's Comments: 0 Rebuttal: You must be logged in: 0 Status: Unresolved I ordered this 15 day free trial with paying shipping,took 2 weeks to get it so the 15 day free trial is up when you do finally get it. They also set you up on a monthly supply which I read the terms and conditions and did not see that in there before I ordered or i would not have ordered. They sent me another bottle that I did not order, so I called the number on the paper that came with it and cancelled it. That should have been that,but NOOOOOO,I received another bottle today. I called their number at 1-866-949-0138 TWICE and no one would answere the phone. On their message it gives the web address and I went on it, this is the conversation.

ChatAgent011: It's clearly stated on our terms and conditions that if your account remains active after the 15 day free trial period starting on the date of order, you will be billed for the full amount of the product. The product is a monthly supply for as long as your account remains active. Since your account was not canceled you were billed for the month supply I can assure you that your account is canceled, since your account is now canceled you will not be billed any further.
