living carpet,living scammers in disguise

I bought floors from these seemingly professional people, shortly after installation, the floors began to buckle, I called Joyce and told her She stated she sand her partner Mr. Lee would come out and see. They then stated they would fix floors but wanted to wait until more of the floors buckled because they wanted to do a large area not just some boards. They said wait until  spring. Before  Spring however more floors began buckling. I called Joyce. She again assured me that they would fix the problem, Her exact words were dont worry we will fix it but we are booked until the first week in march. When March came they came out with contract in hand stating we can not fix your floor  because the 6 month warranty is over The floors are so badfly buckled it sickins me. These people are con artist and crooks and if you ever plan on getting floors if you see living carpet run for the hills .and fast.
