I was recommended to John R. Cahill by Roger Juan Maldonado, my mother's estate lawyer.

John R Cahill, gained my confidence and then requested personal information from me for a legal matter, then used my private emails containing private important information concerning the legal matter against me in court while representing my opponent.

Mr John Cahill called me and directed me to send him emails concerning my private legal problems authenticating a pastel while saying he was going to help me without any warning or notice of the rules concerning the use of private attorney-client emails. He turned out to be employed by the firm I was taking to court.

I called Volunteer Lawyers for the Arts and they told me what MR John Cahill did was wrong and against the rules.

After I sent John R. Cahill the emails all of my important private information Cahill requested, the turncoat lawyer all of sudden says that he will be representing the company I am having trouble with.

I have spoken to many lawyers and they informed me what Mr. Cahill did was illegal and makes lawyers look bad.

This lawyer John R Cahill is bad news. Stay away from his firm Lynn and Cahill NY NY.

I complained to the New York law Bar about Mr Cahill using my private emails and they took the case but after a year and half they lost legal paper work, made mistakes in letters to me with people's names. So I gave up trying to get help form the bar.

John R. Cahill is a lawyer who make lawyers look bad.

John R. Cahill can take you in his confidence and turn around stab you in back like he did me with the information you gave him pretending to want to represent you in legal matters.

I did win a small victory in court. John R. Cahill promised the judge his client would control themselves and stop giving opinions that were hurtful to me and untrue.

John R. Cahill client tried to counter sue me and lost in court.

If you hear John R Cahill's name run away. He will try to use you and lie to you saying he wants to help. Mr Cahill is a liar.

A lawyer said, what John r. Cahill, lawyer did was use my privileged emails he requested I send him concerning my personal private legal problems while soliciting me to hire him; than used my privileged information against me in court while representing my opponent.

Mr Cahill obtained privileged email under false pretenses and used them against me. There are rules created for just this reason.

From the very first day John Cahill planed how to defeat me while claiming to want to be my lawyer.

Mr Cahill also said I did not have a case but the judge in my trial said i did but this was not the right court room to present it while sayinf he wantedto represent me. What mr Cahill said was false, i did have a case.

Mr John R Cahill also misinterpreted in the court what I wrote in my privileged emails to mislead the judge.

From the very beginning lied and calculated to defeat me while pretending help me.

John R. Cahill's Bad Reputation,

Hello, just know that you are not alone in your opinions- everything the person said above is true!! You probably know John R. Cahill has been sanctioned by the courts in at least one if not more highly publicized cases. He has no professional ethics or common decency. John R. Cahiill is absolutely NOT to be ever trusted. He has not only betrayed his own clients, but he caused a diplomatic scandal and enraged entire governments - while generating huge fees and causing nothing but grief and trouble for his client. He claims to be an arts attorney but arts organizations should steer clear of him. John R. Cahill is a disgrace to the profession. This is no secret.

Regarding John Cahill violating attorney client pr,

Given the complaints against John R. Cahill, why do the Bar Association and other professional organizations and even an online university still invite him to lecture on Art Law? The only time "Artist" and "John R. Cahill" should be used together are in the words: CON ARTIST.

Every person i spoken too say the same thing. What I am surprised about was he was allowed to use blank postal receipts without repercussions from the judge. Any other person would have been reprimanded. Guess he has friends in high places that uses him when they need to trick people.

The reason I posted this ripp-off report is not because of revenge but to educate people about what lawyers can do to harm people who trusts lawyers and than get screwed by them.
