Henrik Sardariani, Hamlet Sardariani and Wanda Tenney dupe unsuspecting investors into placing money into what they claim is a secure escrow account, while the "transaction" is being completed. Henrik Sardariani, Hamlet Sardariani and Wanda Tenney then steal the money and wire transfer it to bank accounts all over the world.

They have stolen literally MILLIONS of dollars using this system. They previously used the name Axcess Escrow for the scheme but have likely changed the name. There are judgments pending in California Superior Court against Henrik Sardariani, Hamlet Sardariani and Wanda Tenney for more than 9 MILLION DOLLARS!!!!!
