Peoplepc is extremeley hard to contact with regards to cancelling your account, or receiving technical support. Sure.. when you call in and navigate their automated phone answering system, you'll get some response like "If you're cancelling for technical reasons you're in luck, people pc is now offering technical support for free for a limitited time," This is a message I've encountered on numerous occasions over the last two years during attemptes to change, service, or modify my service.

I'm done trying, Peoplepc is a lost cause, I've cancelled my debit card as a last means of defense against this atrocity of an isp. I am now taking thist tidbit of free time I have to warn others of the shoddy performance and utter lack of professionalism one can expect from peoplepc.com. buyer be ware, with a passion!

my brother has an account with them and I often get a notice that I am not on his email list when I send him an email or reply to one of his emails.
