Monet asks you to western union or Money gram them the money I should of realized it was a scam at that points. Usually legit places have offices or take credit cards in case scams like this. I had a Nigerian rip me off from western union I never learn lol.

I had a contract that has lots of issues that I wanted her to go threw. She said she will go threw it with me and let me know what each condition means and if we can amend it. After sending my documents and sending them the money. She said by next week she will contact me and go over the whole document. I never received a call and kept calling for weeks she never replied back or answered the phone.

After few weeks she said "Sorry for the delay, my system has been down 2 days and I have had to focus on getting it back up. You and I can talk today........8 Pm your time. I will make the call."

I never got the call, I kept calling her for another 3 weeks at least 15 times. I finally got her and she said she will call me later tonight and made a lame excuse.

I never got the call. Finally after a week or 2 later she emails me this bull shit:

"Please be advised that based on the type of contract that you are dealing with "franchise", my attorney friend stated that this type of contract is constant with the type of business venture you are pursuing; and that the components included support this. As advised, this contract involving a franchising has clauses inside that are set up to protect under the umbrella standard operations that these entities provide. "

She said she wont give me my money back and scammed me. I told her we agreed on that you will go threw the contract and you will amend it. She's like no sorry TALK TO A LAWYER and hung up.

She never told me what i had concerns with and explained it because she is NOT a Lawyer, paralegal.

I just read even if she is a real paralegal " In the United States, Paralegals are not authorized by the government or other agency to offer legal services."

Also don't be fooled by there very cheap pricing... Regular lawyers said it will cost $150 to view the whole contract and go over me.

She said only $50 and said western union it to her.

The key phrase in the above comment- Quote: "BBB Accreditation Status: This company is not a BBB Accredited Business." End quote. If you want to have good faith in a business seek one that is BBB affiliated and has at least a B+ rating. Part of the affiliation means the business has agreed to let the BBB arbitrate any complaints. I cannot imagine a paralegal company not being BBB affiliated.

When your not accredited it useless to show your rating for a scam business. There lots of scam businesses that have a good rating on bbb that are not accredited

I have put a complaint and it was not shown so WATCH OUT cause there NOT Accredited Business.

I also was scammed by Paper Trail runs by Monet Carter, I paid her $100 ddollars for one simple letter, she never made it, she never called me, always said she was with someone else on the other line that will call me back, she nevr did, promised to have me letter the next day, today running over 3 weeek and no hear from her.

Happy Paper Trail Customer,

I used Monet of Paper Trail Paralegal services to prepare an opposition, order to show cause, admonishment, as well as counter claims to a lawsuit that was filed by my ex spouse. Thanks to Monet’s working with me at her office and taking all of the information required to fill out 62 pages of forms I was able to not only get my ex spouse’s lawsuit deemed frivolous by the courts, I was awarded legal fees in the amount of $1,000.00. The Judge in the case also ruled in my favor on some but not all of the counter motions and admonished my ex spouse about filing more motions.

I not sure why this person “Vegasguy2000” who is from Canada has such a bone to pick with Monet & her company. It seems that he wanted her to change a contract that was not written by him, but by another company. If anyone understands contracts, you cannot just re-write them, you have to amend them or add clauses to them. No one in their right mind would ever agree to amend a contract for a mere $50.00. Also he first states that he just want Paper Trail to review the contract. Later in his rants he states that he wanted Paper Trail to amend the contract. Which one was it VegasGuy2000?

In closing I will say that I will always use Monet at Paper Trail Paralegal services for all of my simple legal forms and documents!
