I have had a terrible experience from this seller in November of 2006. I had bought flowers from them to give to my girlfriend for her birthday. Placed the orders on there site. They charged me the delivery but never received the order. I called and explained the situation to a very understanding girl who addressed herself as Ivy... but she quickly hung up the phone as I heard a voice around her. Called back and was talking to to this individual called Joe . Extremely rude and did not want to give me the time to explain my situation. He hung up on me and I called back... he was extremely rude and I am shocked that this individual is the same as on ebay. I have called the better business bureau and filed a complaint, and did receive a credit from my credit card company. My advice BE AWARE OF THIS FRAUD... he also goes under several names such as affordable flowers... on ebay and another company that is linked to him called Canadian Floral Depot... DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SELLER.

I would like to know how this articles’ are put up on site with out any verification! As I was made aware of these posts from one of our clients and this is clearly not true! We are very honest people and care for what we do and our feed back on eBay should a testify to that! Now there is another company that has used out name and are RIP-OFF’S but that is not us! We have all of our clients list and can prove that they never purchased from us! Please have some one contact us so that this can be cleared up. Thanks Joe Ps At a minimum we should be given the right or a chance to verify that this information is correct? Because of all of our sales and we have done many as we have been doing this for over 28 years now, so we would have closed or at minimum changed our name know? Good day we are affordable-flowers.com and the scam artistes have stolen our name and called themselves affordable flowers with out the hyphen and are as follows affordable-flowers.com and all of these articles are hurting our business as we are being confused with them so if at all possible can you please help us. Joe, I sent you an email explaining that Ripped Off Online does not release contact information. Your best defense is to write a good rebuttal and let the consumer decide. People are smart; they will see the truth, if it is there. ~Ed
