Richard "the ripoff rouge" Russ is CCDN's Pet Pit Bull dog He has been scamming people for a long time. In Ocala Florida they let these dogs run loose to pillage and plunder over the internet When caught they defame and slander the person exposing them. Contact me for the truth on these con men.
