This company is the biggest riipoff I've ever seen. They make promises and take your money then don't send you anything. I even sent letters and attached all coorespondence I received from Blue Hippo but still nothing. It's been going on for almost a year now. All I want is my $1588 back but they say in the contract I have to purchase something from their store for that amount. They couldn't even give me my computer so why would I purchase something from them. I need help. I don't know who else to turn to. I know I am not the only one they did this too.

Just Me,

I looked at the Blue Hippo site, at the disclosure page actually, and I see it says clearly that monetary refunds are not offered after a certain period of time. You have paid in a lot of money according to your complaint; surely they have a computer that fits your needs in that price range. Also, I checked the Maryland BBB and found that Blue Hippo does have an F rating.
