Their products are re-packaged, pre-used, corrupt and bogus JUNK.

"Candy", their sales monster claims that you can return your defective items for a full refund.  Save your trip to the post office and your postage money.  They will not refund your money or respond to any of your emails.

The brand new Kingston micro-SD chip I bought from them had another users files on them, and the R4 card was defective completely.

Sergh J.Sapozhnikov of Toronto, Ontario, was offering Dell Studio 1537 and Dell Inspiron 1525 laptops for sell through the Kijiji classified system (ad reproduced at the bottom of this report). I called him, asked a few questions (Sergh said he had a relationship that allowed him to buy direct from Dell), and sent $614 through Paypal on July 27th. I was sent a Canada Post tracking number, which was generated using the online shipping label generation system. Sergh said the laptop would be mailed on July 29th.

As of August 2nd, the tracking information had not been updated, indicating the laptop was never dropped off at a Canada Post location. As I needed the laptop promptly, I cancelled the order by phone and by e-mail. On August 4th, I sent the following e-mail:

This company is the biggest riipoff I've ever seen.  They make promises and take your money then don't send you anything.  I even sent letters and attached all coorespondence  I received from Blue Hippo but still nothing.  It's been going on for almost a year now.   All I want is my $1588 back but they say in the contract I have to purchase something from their store for that amount.  They couldn't even give me my computer so why would I purchase something from them.   I need help.  I don't know who else to turn to.  I know I am not the only one they did this too.
