Would you care to elaborate? The ebaY user with this name phantom_performance has a zero feedback score on ebaY, as of 7-8-2007. This means they have not bought or sold on ebaY and received any feedback. If you did business with them you should have the option to send feedback - did you contact ebaY? Doing business with someone on ebaY who has no score is almost as bad as someone with a bad score; if only a few bucks... ok take a chance, if a lot of bucks... steer clear! Also, did you do business outsite of the ebaY umbrella? If you deal with a vendor through regular email and not with ebaY's messaging and selling system you really have no recourse with ebaY.
