For all the VW owners out there -BEWARE!!!!!!! This guy can lure you in with big promises and attractive pricing, but will lay the "Bait and Switch" on you and jack the original quote or charge more than previously agreed to. He can do nice work, but will take forever and a day to get it done. When you call his shop he has employees that will outwardly lie to you about the status of your project and parts or will let you know that AJ has the info and that he is not in.

Rumor has it that one person literally had to fly to the US from England to get his parts because he would not answer calls or release the parts to a specified agent. Waiting six months to get parts has caused many individuals to just get their deposits back and take their business elsewhere.

Some people have stated that they had to stand over AJ while he worked on their parts, in order to get the parts back or to ensure that he does the work. Who stays in business like this.

I have to agree. AJ will sweet talk you to your face and then not perform as he told you. Hard to contact, forever to get your parts back, didn't do what he was paid for and did not even know how to set up his own parts. to make it worse he denied doing anything wrong and says he always takes care of his customers............Not even close to true! He refused to attempt to take care of me. Denial, Denial, Denial!
