I wish I had read these reports before I ordered this free trial. I fear I will have to cancell my debit card to get these charges to stop. First red light should have been when the product never arrived, I called to cancel anyway and the "foreigner" on the phone told me he was very sorry that I had not received the product and the "free trial" and account would be cancelled immediately. Well the next week there was a pending charge on my card fro $87.13!! I called again and was assured the charge was declined and they would not be trying the charge again. The next day the charge went through and the $87.13 came out of my account. And now nobody will answer the phone @ the customer service phone line. All this for a product that I never received in the first place!!! I am so pissed off right now I could chew glass. I'm getting my $$ back I don't know how and it may take a life time but I have definitely learned my lesson. Steer clear of this company they will rip you off.

free trial without a trial,

I am also angry that I was charged for a product which has not arrived yet and I never had any chance to use it before they charged me and the trial days are not over yet. It's cheating and I cannot trust their product anymore because they rip me off with my hard-earned money without giving me the chance to try their product yet as stated in their modus operandi "free trial." It's deceiving us - acaidberry detox from cleansegold or Sicitihelp.com, and I do not even understand what company they represent. Their numbers are 877-239-4057 or cusstomer support 877-221-6231. I hate it.

Cancell your card now!, I had to do the same thing, its worth it knowing they can't get anymore money out of my account. Always remember, if you can't understand what in the hell they are saying, don't do business with them! damn thieves is all they are, I plan on spreading the news anyway I can.

My bank just called to see if I made a purchase from CleaseGold for 87.13. I did order the acai berry and colon cleanse "free trial" which I have never received. I cancelled the order when they kept calling me wanting to verify my order and sell me more stuff. Thankfully my bank flagged it as a fraudulant charge and called me to cancel my card! What crooks!

So I didnt do any research before ordering the crap. I ordered the Acai berry pills, and the colon cleanser for $.99 each. They promised I would have them the next week. Meanwhile....I got some guy from overseas calling me saying I could have a free vacation and get another 2wk supply as thanks for ordering. The first call I said "great" to the free 2 wk supply, the second I became suspicious and said "you better not be charging me for anything else!" he assured me they wouldnt. so here i am....another 2 wks later and so far I only received the one bottle of colon cleanser, and 2 charges for $87.13 which i just noticed an hour ago. within the last hour, i called my bank. they know about the scam. they've seen it many times!!! i just shredded my credit card, and sent back the fax i received from them while i was talking to them (wells fargo rocks!!). they have my credit card number shut off so the overseas thieves cant get any more of my hard earned money. I get to go to the local branch office in the morning and request a temporary ATM card until the new one comes in, and they are putting back the money that was stolen from me. All of this would have been avoided if I had only done my research first. Lessons learned the hard way.....

RLB, who is your banking institution? I just called my institution and the young lady said all we had to do was call and they would refund my money. She said many of the clients she has seen been refunded.What do you make of it?

I order the free trial as well the fat burner and detox. Altho I decided it was not for me and cancelled they first put a pending charge on my credit card told me I would not get billed...RIGHT!!! They took $180 outta my account!! That is a bunch of bull! Now after a few2 months I recieve another bottle! I refuse to pay for this to go back along with paying for the bottle I did not order. I had cancelled myorder with them many times and of course cannot recieve anyone to accept phone calls. Any advise?

This Cleansegold is a scam!Watch Out!,

I had thought that this was a free trial, when I looked at my bank statement, I was charged 39.95 When you call in to complain, the background on the phone is windy and cuts in and out. They sound like they are from the Bahamas. Ps. They won't refund you until you receive everything. Then they give you information to write on the box and you have to pay the shipping! Watch Out!!!!

What a scam.
It starts on the computer for a free trail to fat burner and when I ordered it for only shipping of 3.95 Pounds and they have charged me Can $121.30 and another Can $ 121.30 total of Can $ 242.60 on my credit card and I called my credit card and talked to them to stop any more payments and they say I have to wait for 30 days to see if any more charges will be charged on the credit card.
I called the Acai berry and Colen cleanser and they do not want to talk and the language they speak we do not understand and this company is a fake and every one should not do any order of this kind .
I made the mistake and let no one make this mistake about this ordering of Akai Berrry/Colan cleanser.
Thanks and watch Out....... I have learned the bad way but I can save other atleast...... !!!!!!
