Why Rebuttal?

RippedOffOnline.com (ROO) gives the person or business who was reported the opportunity to write a rebuttal to the report. Writing a rebuttal can actually HELP your reputation. If you have been the victim of a false report you can set the report straight! Submitting a well written rebuttal can show the public that you are concerned about your business reputation and your consumers and clients. Give them the truth and remember to keep your temper in-check and carefully word your rebuttal - the public will see it and see how you handle these situations.

Rebuttals placed in the general comments area will be removed, as that is not the place for a rebuttal. There is a specific "Block" of space just for rebuttal. You must register with ROO to use this feature.

Do not just let a bad report stand on its own; you have the ability to deliver a "counter-punch" and let the public know that you care.

To write a rebuttal, first register and confirm your email address. Then go to the report where you want to file your rebuttal, and you will notice that the rebuttal area is now open to you to compose your counter-report.
