Oprah and Dr. Oz File Lawsuit - Acai BerryIt was bound to happen; Oprah and Dr. Mehemet Oz have filed a lawsuit against at least 50 companies, claiming they used their names and images without permission. The lawsuit was filed Wednesday, August 19, in a Manhattan federal court. More than 500 websites may be at risk and it is claimed that some of them are nothing more than fronts for credit card scams.
