Purchased product "E-ZSoft iPod Convertor Suite" it is advertised to work with Windows Vista.

It DOESN'T!

Sent a few emails asking for support. Had the normal "have you reinstalled" responses, but after confirming that I obvisouly had ,it all got a bit difficult for them and they are now totally ignoring me.

Have requested my money ack because they obvioulsy cannot support the product and they continue to ignore.

I have remained corteous and polite throughout.

DO NOT BUY OFF THESE CROOKS!
