 Beyond a shadow of a doubt, Coast to Coast Auto Glass is beyond horrible. First of all, they operate under a different name. The sales people tell you they are with Coast to Coast Auto Glass, but the business license is in the name of another company. To me, that doesn't even seem legitimate. Not to mention, by these yahoos operating outside the realm of the business license in question, is just downright illegal! 
 
 
They go door to door, lying to unaware people that they are in the area doing some windshield replacements, "at no cost," then want to take you to your car so they can persuade you to have it replaced. This questionable company IS NOT on ANY insurance companies preferred glass programs for a reason. Their so-called "Lifetime" Warranty is not valid through ANY insurance company whatsoever.
