You understand that by using this site that you must abide by these terms. If you disagree with any of the terms and conditions you are not allowed to use this site.

 

A breach of these terms will result in a suspension/deactivation of membership and publishing rights.

 

ROO is not responsible for the completeness or accuracy of any post/comment or report.

 

You and you alone are responsible for the content you publish/post on the ROO website.

 

You agree to, indemnify, and hold harmless ROO, its owners, officers, employees, agents and third parties, for any losses, costs, liabilities and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) relating to or arising out of your use of ROO, including, but not limited to, any breach by you of the terms of this agreement.

 

The ROO website is a public forum; consisting of articles and feedback written by people who in no way are associated with ROO, its officers or officials. Therefore, ROO and its owners, officials and associates are not responsible for the content of any post/report or comment.

 

You must be at least 14 years old to use this site. By registering, you attest that you are at least 14 years old.

 

It is understood that articles/comments are never removed from ROO unless mandated by law.  Articles are not removed even at the request of the author.

 

The content of this site is primarily articles/reports, rebuttal to articles/reports and comments posted/published by the public, businesses and other entities; ROO and its owners and associates do not EVER side with either party

 

ROO offers registered members the right to publish articles/reports and/or follow-up statements/rebuttal/comments. Members/authors do not have editorial rights. Meaning an author cannot edit or delete an article, comment or other statement once published. Amending an article must be done by using the rebuttal/comment feature.

 

By posting to a public area of ROO you attest that you have the right to the material you are publishing and you will not publish any work that you do not have license to or which infringes on another’s copyright. You will not publish any information that is proprietary or trademarked without the express written consent of the owner/s.

 

You warrant and represent that any information you post/publish is truthful and accurate.

 

You will not post/publish any report/article that can be considered illegal, threatening, harassing, defamatory, inaccurate, obscene, profane, abusive, offensive, racially offensive, infringement on the rights of others, or be considered a security issue for persons or the government of United States of America.

 

ROO will never add nor remove content in a report/comment; the ROO editors and admins will not even edit punctuation or grammar, so all articles/comments stand on their own merits, as written. However the exception is that ROO will censor profane content (if found) that could be considered offensive to the reader or is in breach of the TOS.

 

Other than offering advice on how to find additional information, how to follow-up on a report, adding updates or how to use the features of this site, ROO does not get involved in the actions or arguments of opposing parties, i.e. the company reported vs. the person reporting. 

 

You understand that ROO is not a site based on law, nor are we attorneys. We do not offer legal advice. Anything ever stated by an official of ROO is to be considered as an opinion and in no way is meant as fact. 

 

ROO does not comment on the legitimacy, ethics, or truthfulness of any business or person named in a report/comment or those publishing reports/comments. So, if John Doe says that the ACME Space-Suit Company has stolen his money, our stance is neutral. The editorial staff at ROO may help either or both parties in finding a resolution, by guiding them to information or making recommendations. ROO will not side with either party.
